was doing a search and came across this thread so I figured I'd post on it...
I had osteoarthritis in the humeral head and had it replaced The socked side was good so no work needed there. My doctor told me he does 3 types and due to my lifestyle he gave we what he calls the "Tank" version. It can withstand a pounding.. He said it the one he would give a marine drill instructor.

Had it done in March 22. He said 12 moths to be back to 100% and its working out pretty well.
Stayed on TRT 200mgs test with no break ( no reason to go off for surgery) and added anavar 20mgs pd after surgery for 3 weeks and then added 200mgs primo for 90 days.. also did TB-500 from the first week after surgery for 6 weeks.
I use 3IU HGH everyday always so that stayed the same.
After 3 mos he said no restrictions and I stared lifting, I was weak and even after 3 mos of PT was still a little unstable. Its taken some time to get back any strength..as of now I stick to 12-15 rep range and can do seated press with 15lbs for reps, laterals 10lbs for reps, incline DB press 20lbs
close grip bench 110 lbs .. my other shoulder needs done too now so its holding me back a bit.
I got about 3 mos to go till its a year and at that point Im supposed to be at 100% recovery.
I'd say I expected to be further along but Im impatient. That in mind the weights are going up consistently. Im still relatively weak compared to when I had 2 good shoulders but I see it coming back.
So for what its worth I figured I'd throw that out there.
