Hi All,

I started GH just over a week ago first time ever. I started it to help with weightloss. I started with 1iu and after 3 days I saw no issues and moved up to 2iu.

Since then I have felt my RHR has gone up no drastically but at our 10bpm and when I walk even to the toilet it moves to 100-105. I presumed my BP went up as I felt off and I started measuring it and it is a bit higher than what is my usual 130-140/80-82 in the evening and morning 125-130/80.

BF is definitely higher than it should be 20-25%. Im doing keto and dropping the weight but have a long way to go. Only 250mg of test e per week atm and on 20mcg of T3 and ephedrine 20mg twice a day with a fat burners

I don’t see me holding water as no fluctuation in weight or any signs in the mirror or if.

Trying to decide if I should ride it out a bit longer and see if these markers return to normal or should I cut it completely and give it another go after a period of time?
 
I’d ride it out and leverage more cardio to strategically lower heart rate and BP over time.

As the weight drops, that should help as well
 
You shouldn't be taking anything until you learn to eat properly and consistently. 25% is not good at all. You been on this board over 2 years and seem not to learn much about nutrition.

I got a lot of cialis sitting here, keep it on hand for when I’m back home with the wife on my rotation leave (Want to make sure she gets a good service to keep her satisfied while I’m away lol), should I take it in the interim. Have read on here now it’s not as cracked up as it’s meant to be for BP management.

Also thinking to take in the morning before fasted cardio instead of at night before bed. In terms of fat loss it’s the obvious better option. Wondering if that will have an impact also on BP and RHR.

Agreed, consistency though is my issue more so than nutrition knowledge. But yeh I could be better for sure. Where I work had its issues also, but I don’t think you want to hear that excuse from me either. Usually sit around 15% BF.

We all have excuses, but at the end of the day, if you want it bad enough, you will do it. That is anything in life. If you stay more consistent, then you can throw an occasional cheat meal. Get you bodyfat down first though.
 
My RHR (sleeping) is usually between 42-46 depending on strain. This is at 2IU per day.

At 2+2IU per day I sit at 50-52.

Here’s what’s interesting though is at 10 (in a single or 5+5) I sit at 55-60.

We tend to think more anabolics/peptides = greater recovery, perhaps… I notice a substantial decline in my recovery when my RHR gets around 50 and a drastic need for more deep sleep.

On the BF side I sit at 11-12% year round, rarely dipping below 9%
 
Yeh my RHR while sleeping was usually low to mid 50s sometime high 40s now thought it’s more around the 70s.

Can’t say it’s affecting my quality of sleep though or recovery.

Get Telmisartin if your wanting to lower your BP while using PED’s.

20 - 25% body fat is much too high to be running any peds. The initial fat loss of a diet happens pretty quickly with a calorie deficit alone.

You wouldnt necessarily see water retention at these body fat levels so there is no way to know what is going on. You didnt mention cardio unless I missed it but you really should be doing it 5-6 days a week anyways.

And youre doing a keto diet with a deficit presumably? The fat should be disappearing with keto and cardio at these bf levels without any extra help (gh, fat burners, t3). You are in a perfect spot to hire a coach to help you with your goals imo. I would look into that if you are serious about a lifestyle change. It wont cost you an arm and a leg if you find the right coach.

I would cut the gh and save the money to hire someone to help you out. You might be very surprised at their feedback. A few course corrections might shock you in that you may be doing something totally wrong either because of advice or a misinterpretation of something you read somewhere.

Bro your heart rate goes over 100 just walking to the bathroom?!?! I think you have bigger issues going on….
 
The GH before cardio thing….people don’t really pay attention. Maximal lipolysis is around 3-4h post hgh administration. Popping 2iu then driving to the gym isn’t doing much more than just the fasted cardio.

Now, what you COULD do, is pin the growth, wait an hour, go do cardio. Then Fast 4-5 more hours post cardio to burn the liberated fatty acids through NEAT.

And on a totally different subject, unless you have a very high fat oxidation capability, the bottleneck of fat oxidation is rarely liberation.

Most importantly just get the damn GH in your body.

And in your specific case…you gotta pull off 8-10% BF before you start adding more Peds for health.

This is a great point. Anytime guys try to reduce bodyfat without the basics like nutrition they are setting up for failure. So much good advice on diet here on PM.

I have been tracking calories for a while now. My coach had me on a shitty diet for 3 months. Yes, I already have a coach, that didn’t have me drop anything substantial. So, I stopped him for diet and sorted it out myself and have gotten the diet back on track.

There is a lot more as to why my BF went back up over the past year than just me having a shitty diet. For one I partially tore my ACL 13 months ago which side lined me for a while. Second I relocated to a remote project in the Middle East which gave me no access to a gym or to somewhere to get half decent food. Unfortunately I have the metabolism of a sloth, if I stop training and even just look at food my BF increases but that has all changed now and I’m back at it. A hick up here and there but back on track now and getting back to where I need to be.

This only happened since a week ago. It’s not normal, hence why I’m like wtf is going on. I am very active with training and cardio and my job entails me walking a lot.

I don’t know man. I don’t have the heart rate issue with GH. But if it’s making you spike 30plus beats from just walking to take a dump, assuming you aren’t taking anything else new to your regiment, I would drop it lol…

This is the plan. I’ll revisit it maybe later down the track.
