High and Low E2 symptoms

I know this topic has been covered before, but I thought it would be good to revisit. What are your guys go to symptoms to know if you’re letting e2 get too high or too low?

High for me:
Water retention
Emotional
Gyno
Sweat like a pig

Low for me:
Dry mouth
Weaker pumps
Less sweaty

-look at myself in mirror and have great big deep pimples coming in on my face.
-water retention
-ed type issues (not as hard and climax doesn't feel good)

I've honestly never worried about estrogen or had a symptom even when I was younger and used high dosages. I guess people respond different.

High and low can have similar symptoms. Acne is most the time the only thing that's different when it's high. But I try and get blood work to be sure. I can get water and sex issues high or low.

Yeah true, both the water retention from high e2 and the “diuretic” effect for lack of a better term from low e2 seem to make me feel dehydrated. Not sure how the low e2 really works in causing this though, beyond my realm of knowledge.

Electrolytes are imbalanced, cortisone goes up so aldsertone goes up.

If cortisone and aldosterone go up wouldn’t that make water retention worse with low e2?

Yes, water retention can happen with low E2 as well its not a sure indicator of where your E2 is.

Interesting, I always thought it was only associated with high and that’s why people crushed e2 going into shows.

You are dry at first and Tren and Winny reduce cortisone so it works. It's also not an issue with everyone, but prolonged low E2 can cause water retention so blood work is always best.

High I get acne and a tire of water around my waist + nipple issues

Low I honestly don’t even feel anything, just get a bit tired.

It's possible acne also although I don't know if it's from estrogen as I haven't tested enough but, I do find when I come off in the past or go to low dose trt, I do get acne more
