It also has everything to do with a contest weight in the 150's. There's no excuse to not have a waist under 30 inches with a body weight that low.

Def has to be genetics. I'm guessing anything they can do to keep waist small the distended guys have tried too . Not sure why people care about men's physique competitors legs, I've never caught myself looking in the gym to see who has the biggest legs

Exactly @qbkilla every category has some requirements. Men's physique does not require big legs
