Mine are 17.5" and blow up to 18" usually when on d-bols. I don't go heavy on arms anymore because they hurt my elbows. I do mainly preacher and hammer curls and use the machines for my triceps. 20"+ damn, are you guys on synthol or what?

Just got back "on" last week hoping to get up to 215 with 17 1/2" and i have to do 20 plus sets with drops and pyramids to get my shit to grow.

Evan Centopani has an article on arms in MD this month or last month and he does high volume with poundages that are not that high for a 23"+ arm. Something to think about for the high volume guys.

One of my close freinds has 22' arms at 240. He just got naturally big and muscular arms.

being as I'm not a BBer don't train arms much at all, I don't believe they have ever been even 17" cold, but I can put a solid inch of pump into them in a good workout. So thats 17" arms max and soft, but legs that hold much less fat at 28".
