Just wondering what sort of legal issues surround the importation of research peptides (CJC-1295/GHRP-6 specifically). I know that it is legal to purchase them from domestic suppliers (within the US), but what about those located overseas?
Peptides are not listed as a controlled or illegal substance however because it is experimental in nature it can still be seized and reviewed by the FDA.
There should be NO legal issues as long as you stand with the order was for experimental use only and not to be used on humans but subject animals.
Wrong. You are not licensed to use anything on lab animals either. In vitro research is all you are permitted to do.
it means on cells in a petri dish.
in vivo = in the living body
It takes lots of degrees and university backing to be able to inject experimental drugs in animals you guys! thats common sense!!!
Though I got the petri dish wrong... in so many words that's what I meant by animal abuse.
So again, all in all peps are just as illegal as GH then...
not exactly....I doubt you can say you experiment with GH "in vitro" and get away with it.
