You need a testosterone base. 750mg/week is plenty.
You need an anabolic - deca or Eq at 400mg/week is
plenty. You need for optimum growth, a good oral like
d-bol at 30mg/d or A-50 50mg/d.
You use the test and the anabolic non stop. The oral
is 4 weeks on 4 weeks off. Every 6th week (the half
way point between the off oral period - so 2 weeks
after you finish the oral) you have a blood test. If
the blood test is OK, then you can begin your next 4
weeks on oral. There is no reason for you to come off.

6) There is not one beginner here (or anywhere!) who needs more than 350 or so TOTAL mg (that means all the drugs you plan on taking added together) per week for their first 3-4 cycles. More is not better, and just gives you lots of sides to deal with at a time when you're trying to figure out how your body will respond to various AAS.

I know the can be taken many Diff. ways but you have one on Growth principles. on this is how it should be if you were to be Various AAS. Then you have another saying one should take more than 350 Total mg.:confused:

Im not on anything but BSN supplements...and a clean diet...but i have considered. i have had consist training for 6 years now...i have final put on some weight. But this isn't about me... its about the whole beginner forum. I have read so really dumb questions...then i have read some that could actually use some thought, and the guy just gets bashed... Some questions deserve the the answer they get but not all...why have a beginner's forum if your not going to help them...

People can't have different opinions?:confused: I agree with Dad, 250-500mg is plenty to start. Big A is lining out what a competitor should take, not some guy who justs wants a beach body. Big A also states not to take over the amount he stated. I tend to think Big A's amounts are for intermediates, which to me are still beginners. These posts are guidlines and not set in stone. We are not all created equal, or have the exact same goals.
 
That what im trying to say...they all seem like an opinions...Im not trying to argue that...That what i completely understand about the sport everyone has there own opinion.

Is one suppose to go off one opinion then the other...then when one does go off ones opinion on here...and asks about it the next guys just bashes him and says something completely unhelpful.

I guess its just some hardcore construction criticism.

So when one reads about Growth Prin. then Dosages/cycle's
Its for all. not just beginning bb's.
