I had to take like a month and a half off, part for a surgery, and the other part for wedding and honeymoon. Just got back been lifting for like two weeks now. Here's the thing seems like I lost all the endurance and tons of strength. bench went down from 320 to 275 squat is way way off. l was flirting with the 600 lb mark now 315 for a like 4 is OMG heavy. I guess my diet went off a little but really not that much.
Ok here is my question the time off plus all the walking on honey moon as well as the incredible heat and lack of gym time could that really throw the strength off that badly???
I am 37 about 200 lbs been lifting for 2 years pretty hard now. Still taking about 375 test enath split by twice a week and 450 decca also spilt twice a week that is double plus a bit the dosage prescribed by doc for hrt . it also seems body takes longer to recover now and very sore like deep in the muscle fibers and around the joints....
