For a few years now i have been rotating my protein powders every few weeks. Different blends, different types, concentrate/isolate/goat/egg/so forth. I started doing this to avoid any allergic reactions as i used to believe myself to be lactose intolerant and kept switching around to find a blend that works. This is when i noticed that when i went back to protein blends that used to trigger stomach problems they no longer gave me problems.
Been rotating ever since that time. Am I the only one who does this? Anyone else? What are your thoughts on this?
