Rotating your protein

For a few years now i have been rotating my protein powders every few weeks. Different blends, different types, concentrate/isolate/goat/egg/so forth. I started doing this to avoid any allergic reactions as i used to believe myself to be lactose intolerant and kept switching around to find a blend that works. This is when i noticed that when i went back to protein blends that used to trigger stomach problems they no longer gave me problems.

Been rotating ever since that time. Am I the only one who does this? Anyone else? What are your thoughts on this?
 
never done that but certainly sounds smart if one kind bothers your gut

I switch it up every now and then, not just with protein powders but foods as well. I started doing this since I developed a skin rash 5 years ago, growing up I NEVER had problems with allergies..the one day out of the blue I did. I completely avoid shell fish though...

I run the Synthetek proteins and have always had superior results since switching over.
 
I'm gonna use a mix of Whey isolate , liquid egg whites and LBA's to make my shakes this off season , I think that should give a realy good amino profile to shakes that will be used as meal replacements.

Egg protein doens't bother my stomach at all , most whey isolate does not either , TP's Beef iso took about 3 days for my body to deal with it and does each time I use it so I'm just gonna stay away from that.
 
I only rotate 2..isopure zero carb and labradas lean body packs. I prefer the isopure more, because occasionally labradas upset my stomach. Never an issue with isopure.
