What to do about not having enough bowell movements!

Gentlemen, what should I be taking; so that I can have a bowell movement everyday. I'm currently on anti-depressants and I have a bowell movement every 2 to 3 days. This is causing me not to not eat enough daily because I always feel full. I'm in limbo about what to do? Thanks for your help! rt...

Fruits and veggies for sure.. Since Ive been dieting, my body on a clock.. 530am, and when I get home from work about 6pm.
 
My girlfriend uses Activia yogurt. Benefiber works well also. Mix with water..can't taste it.

Bile alcohol

What does your eating look like?

is the constipation food related or drug related , some drugs will stop you up big time and other will not , I would look at the diet first and see if your lacking fiber , if not then see your Dr about possibly trying another drug
 
Vitamin C will get you moving faster, also try a magnesium+C supplement right before bed. Both these tricks were given to me by a doctor.
 
Water ( lots of it ) and psyllium husk fiber. My doctor said by supplementing my diet with this, you'll not only get moving, your lipid profile will improve as well. Gradually work up to 3 Tbls a day.
 
Myogenix ProFiber - mix it with your protein shakes, it is tasteless. Gives great "movements" with no problem.
 
MOST ALL THESE MENTIONED ARE GOOD EVEN HOT COFFEE IN HE MORNING WORKS WELL. BUT KEEP IN MIND IF YOUR REAL CONSTIPATED YOU MAY NEED A STOOL SOFTENER AS WELL.

-McDonald's breakfast

-Avoiding dehydrating and smoking

-NO Xplode (works for some)

-You know those green peppers Papa John's pizza has? Eat like five of those (but not often, you'll build a tolerance).

This is what does it for me. I use the rough ground husk not the smooth stuff it works much better. I will say I use this as a flush out every few months and it works well. I would link it but can't remember where I read it.

Colon cleanse:

12 teaspoons of Psyllium
32oz water
Drink this at bedtime

Upon waking take 25mg Ephedrine, Start a pot of coffee, consume a 6 pack of activa yogurt through out the morning, I also add in some probiotics. Usually you will about crap yourself 30-60 mins after taking the ephedrine and starting to drink the coffee. It works wonders and doesn't give me the squirts just a huge soft poop. Kinda gross but it gives the bowels a nice massage:D
 
Get a cheap blender and combine the following ingredients:

1 cup prune juice
3 scoops Gaspari Superpump250 (any flavor)
3 cloves fresh garlic
1/2 can Sauerkraut
1/2 cup pickle juice
1/2 pint vanilla ice cream
4 large broccoli florets
1 can Milwaukees Best
Metamucil
Ex Lax

Blend thoroughly, and drink rapidly. You may want to chase it down with a cup of coffee. Just be sure you're home for the night !!! :eek:
 
Psylum whole husks. 1x am 1x pm will get you moving like a champ.

x2. I have 2 teaspoons daily mixed in 4 ounces of capri sun juice after I train every morning. No joke stuff works great. I tell my wife its sand paper for the intestines lol
