Ugh..Gyno and my mistake!

I made a HUGE mistake with my pre-existing gyno and it really has gotten out of hand quicker than I would have imagined.

Current cycle is this:

500mg enthenate
300mg NPP
50mg tbol daily (just tapered off it)
3 iu's GH daily (current with increase to 4iu's)

My first time with Exemestane. I usually use Nolva and have 100 tabs on hand. I overestimated how powerful Exemestane is and started with a low dosage of 12.5 E3d's. I moved to EOD, then to daily and now 25mg a day.

My mistake was not starting out at the high dosage. My increase in dosage was a result of the flare up I experienced. It was quick and hard on my nips. I have a fairly big mass on my right chest and a tiny one on my left.

I am prepared to pay the piper and get surgery sometime at the end of the year if needed. I just want to get through the rest of the cycle with minimal damage.

MY QUESTION'S ARE:
Is it the NPP doing the most damage? If so, can I just drop it from my cycle?

I plan on ending the cycle with MASTERON in place of the NPP. Is this going to further aggravate my gyno?

Any other advice to reduce the recent size increase is greatly appreciated.

Oh yeah...I started 400mg of B6 just in case it is progesterone gyno.

idk if npp is doing it your not running a crazy high dosage countinue running the b6 just in case but the best idea would be to run letro tapering at some point soon depending on how much longer you have to go. letro will improve it signifigantly

I am 4 weeks into a 14 week cycle.

You are suggesting Letro and drop the Aromasin?

How do I taper down towards PCT?

PCT will consist of HCG.

I would drop the npp and replace it with the masteron, as it does posses mild anti e like properties

Nolva is cheap insurance. I use at 10mg almost all the time and cannot see how you can get gyno while using it. Masteron has anti estro properties. and anti prl will also help.

No, I have not. Usually after a morning protein meal.

Call me stupid (no really...call me fucking stupid)...I was under the impression that Nolvadex and Deca are a bad combo. Am I wrong here?

I would have taken Nolvadex from jump if I thought it would be beneficial. I have 100 tabs available right now.

Should I start taking 10mg a day with 25mg of exemestane?

not to confuse you anymore but stick with your aromiasin, not the nolvadex as you are running gh in your cycle and that will mess things up for you with that. taper in your masteron as you taper down your npp as this will help stop some of the conversion to estrogen. try to keep your aromiasin daily too for more balanced levels not every second day, 12.5 daily is better that 25 every second day
