Training advice while on DNP

Hey guys,

Running my second cycle of DNP. A 2 or 3 weeker, depending on how I feel/look at the end of the 2nd week. Started at 400mg yesterday, going to run that for 3 days and possibly bump it up to 600 if needed. I'm already sweating a bit more than usual so I feel like I have a good batch of DNP this time. Last time I ran Syntrop, it was definitely underdosed. Got some powder caps from a new source this time. Anyway, my question is in regards to weight training while using DNP. I am cutting down a few pounds before I start my fall/winter bulk. I like to start with as low of a BF% as possible, it always makes me feel more inclined to push myself to the limit with my caloric intake. If I start off feeling like I look a bit sloppy, then I won't push myself as hard because I don't like my pants getting too tight on me. I have read that a glycogen depletion training method works best whilst using DNP. 15-20 rep sets. Why is this? I just started back up with my 5x5 program a couple of weeks ago and I'd rather keep to that if I can. Is this advisable? And if it's not a good idea, could someone explain why? Thanks, -Epoxy
 
While you are on DNP use whatever training you think may be best to limit muscle catabolism. At 600 mgs of DNP a day you will lose some muscle unless you are on a boatload of gear. In any event 5x5 is designed to increase strength and mass, neither will happen while you are on DNP.
 
i'm on about 600mg test prop atm forgot to mention
 
i cant train while on dnp i just take those two weeks off just do some walking every day but i always stay on cycle throughout

DNP is not catabolic.
 
I do very little in the gym while on dnp. It's not uncommon for me to take 10 days off. If you're on that much prop I wouldn't worry about it. I bet you'll actually come back as stong or stronger after your cycle. wo or not, Don't push it at 600 mg if you go that route bro.
 
yea bro no need to push it just take a couple weeks off run your prop and when you come off dnp hit the gym again hard
