Ok so the past month or so I have been trying to put on some weight, my diet is by the book (or so I think ha ha) it consist of 5 meals in this order:
Breakfast- Oatmeal, fruit, protein shake.
9:00-tuna,protein shake
12:00-chicken, fish, or lean beef, protein shake
3:00 tuna,fruit, protein shake
6:00 chicken, fish, or lean beef, protein shake
8:00 casiene shake before bed
My carbs are always below 300 and protein is usually between 400 and 500 grams.
I'm gaining weight but I noticed yesterday my body fat percentage has gone up one point. Should I be worried about my fat percentage while I'm trying to gain weight? or should I back down on some of my calories
