I got off of everything 11 days out from my competition and it's been another 3 weeks since then. So basically I've been clean, off of everything and no PCT going on 5 weeks.
Diet is on point. Training is focused on weaknesses that stood out on competition day. The rest of my training split is at maintenance level. Current weight is around 222lbs and slowly going up about a pound a week.
Cardio 2 x per week.
