Parillo used to have me do these weekly back in the day. I see people doing variations of these all the time with horrible execution. You have to keep your pelvic girdle pushed forward and lower yourself slowly, with your hams, for this to be an ass-kicking movement, instead of a hamstring tendon strainer.

LOL honestly the first time you had me do these i about killed myself :eek: wasn't for sure how to do them, the video helps now...LOL

Ah, you must not live too far from me then. A ways back I had the honor of being put through leg workouts by Parillo himself. that guy was sadistic! I worked out with one of his powerlifters on leg night for about 4 months or more. I grew a lot. ive never been in so much pain either. Those belt squats are killer the way he has you do them.
