Parillo used to have me do these weekly back in the day. I see people doing variations of these all the time with horrible execution. You have to keep your pelvic girdle pushed forward and lower yourself slowly, with your hams, for this to be an ass-kicking movement, instead of a hamstring tendon strainer.
