I've had the same condition for a week today.
But living here in Florida with eveything blooming is a clue for me it is sinus.
I use the nettle pot with 1/4 ts of salt and wash my sinus out twice a day.
It is amazing how my crap comes out.

Headaches can be a sign of hypertension... Hypertension is know as the "silent killer" because it does not have any real symptoms a lot of the time but headaches, especially in the top of the head, can be a symptom.
Take your B/P first thing in the morning when you get up!
Thats not too bad depending on your age. The Mayo Clinic says
Blood pressure measurements fall into four general categories:
* Normal blood pressure. Your blood pressure is normal if it's below 120/80 mm Hg. However, some doctors recommend 115/75 mm Hg as a better goal. Once blood pressure rises above 115/75 mm Hg, the risk of cardiovascular disease begins to increase.
* Prehypertension. Prehypertension is a systolic pressure ranging from 120 to 139 mm Hg or a diastolic pressure ranging from 80 to 89 mm Hg. Prehypertension tends to get worse over time.
* Stage 1 hypertension. Stage 1 hypertension is a systolic pressure ranging from 140 to 159 mm Hg or a diastolic pressure ranging from 90 to 99 mm Hg.
* Stage 2 hypertension. More severe hypertension, stage 2 hypertension is a systolic pressure of 160 mm Hg or higher or a diastolic pressure of 100 mm Hg or higher.
So your systolic is a little high but your diastolic is good.
I was going to suggest BP also but yours doesn't look that high. Did you start taking any new supplements than what you are used to. Sometimes when you add certain orals they can put your head through a pounding....Good luck
