hgh with carbs/sugars

If you shoot hgh post workout, and you need to take your shake, is it carbs or the sugars that are bad for you and can make you go hypo? Because I was thinking of taking a ON Whey shake that only has 3 carbs and 1 sugar right after gh, then waiting 45 min to get my carbs in.

Bro- first of all sugars ARE carbs. Carbs PWO will not make you go hypo. To optimize your rHGH, take protein only or aminos immediatley PWO. Do carbs later and fats after that.
 
yeah but that small amount of carbs will it effect me going hypo? I can understand like 30 grams of carbs will screw me over, but 3?
 
What didn't you understand in my response? 3 grams or 30 grams will not make you hypoglycemic, unless you have BG issues.
 
the protein i was going to take after postwork (optimium nutrition) has carbs (3 to be exact)
