Shower and teeth
Carb/protien or amino drink and 20mcg igf-1 and 20 igf-2
50gms of carbs every 3 hours for the next 9 hours with meals
after work- Pre workout drink with carbs and amino's with 100mcg ghrp-6/100grf 1-29 again
Post work out-150mcg Peg mgf per side (bi-laterally)
Pre bed 100mcg ghrp-6/100grf 1-29
