I take that and I also now take crestor to help keep LDL lowered. Crestor is also supposed to help raise HDL some and mine did go up a tiny bit after going on it. Ive had no side effects now in over 2 years of being on crestor. My LDL is now around 80-85 and I dont really eat a special diet.
Correct me if im wrong but HDL's job as a good cholesterol is to help remove the bad cholest(LDL) So if your HDL is low but your LDL is good and your triglycerides and total cholest are good then is there even an issue with HDL being low?
