I think he is not telling the truth on some parts. But if you go back and look at his pictures, he wasn't really that big either. Def not like the pro's on stage today or even top amateures. But he covers a lot of drugs....Bolasterone really jacked up his strenght...so i assume this new boladrol is going to be good.

Seems like he mixed a lot of good legit info, with some random exaggerations.

you are talking about a different time in bodybuilding/wrestling etc.

these were standard when i started mid 90's in the UK. nobody was on year round
