I'm curious what supplements you all take or recommend.

I have:

- Animal Pak
- Fish oil
- Vit C + E
- Whey Protein
- Creatine
- Amino Acids
- Spirulina
- Synthergine + Liv 52
- Digestive enzymes

and a whole other bunch of stuff.

Do you guys take Creatine on cycle? I have only taken it with Anavar and off cycle and have read in a few boards that you should take it after PCT to keep strength and intensity in training and avoid extra bloating on cycle.
 
I take n2guard on cycle. Seems to work really well for me and it helps to keep my lipids etc... in check. Blood work always comes back pretty good.

I save supplements like Creatine,,NO2,,Beta alanine for off cycle time when I feel like I can really get the most benefit out of them. I do always run a multi-vitamine mineral(flintstones),,a liver protectant(Synthergine),,,and whey isolate (Synthepure) which I dont even consider a supplement anymore its a MUST have for any person young,,old,,,athlete or not.
 
The only things I take while on are a prostate supplement and a multi vitamin.
 
while on cycle, i take multi-vit, fish oil, joint support, whey isolate, and some liver protectant. i leave the creatine and no2 for pct and post pct.
 
Saw palmetto complex, MV, fish oil caps, flax oil caps, garlic oil caps, baby aspirin, vitamin C, and cranberry caps.

I take milk thistle PCT and prior to cycle.
 
Animal pak,amino acid like glutamine and bcaa,fish oil,milk thistle and liv52 always on hand.
 
im use just whey pro and multi v in cycle
the other sup like creatine & no2 boster & bcaa used it after cycle in pct time

On same page! Although instead of flintstone I use mega man (no iron)Gnc. Dont want the iron.
 
I take multi-vitamins, C, BCAA's, Life Cycle, Liv 52, green tea, or a little caffine pill before workouts I also use whey, casein and egg whites.

I save my Creatine, beta aline, arginine and stuff for off cycle usually and will decrease my intake of shakes.
