Hey guys,
This is the protocol I have been pondering:

(monday)
Day 1: Grf-129 & Ipa 100 mcgs am & pm
Humalog 4-6 iu's pre-workout

(tuesday)
Day 2: Grf-129 & Ipa 100 mcs am & pm
igf-1 R3 40 mcg pre-workout

(wednesday)
Day 3: Grf-129 & Ipa 100 mcg am & pm
igf-1 Des 10 mcg bi lateral pre-workout
igf-1 Des 10 mcg bi lateral Post-workout
MGF 300 mcg 1 hour after igf-1 DES bi lateral

(thursday)
Day 4: Grf-129 & Ipa 100 mcg am & pm
Igf-1R3 40 mcg pre-workout

(friday)
Day 5: Grf-129 & Ipa 100 mcg am & pm
igf-1 Des 10 mcg bi lateral pre-workout
igf-1 Des 10 mcg bi lateral Post-workout
MGF 300 mcg 1 hour after igf-1 DES bi lateral

(saturday) (grf & Ipa 5 on 2 off schedule)
Day 6: 500 mg Metformin a.m. & 500 mg p.m.
igf-1R3 40 mcg pre-workout

(sunday)
Day 7: 500 mgMetformin a.m. & 500 mgs p.m.
igf-1 Des 10 mcg bi lateral pre-workout
igf-1 Des 10 mcg bi lateral Post-workout
MGF 300 mcg 1 hour after igf-1 DES bi lateral

So to recap: Insulin (humalog) is ONLY ran once a week.
igf-1DES and MGF is ran 3 x's a week
Grf-129 & Ipa is ran 5 on 2 off
igf-1R3 ran 3 x's a week
Metformin dosed 2 days to keep insulin sensitivity optimized.

-My thought process was to keep everything "fresh" and responsive to each compound. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.
 
who the hell would want to read that protocol! Way to long my bad.
 
Looks pretty interesting and pretty well thought out. The only thing I would change is the DES pwo and the mgf. I would do mgf immediately pwo then DES igf a couple hours pwo and I would add another 10 or 20mcg per dose. The thought is that natural mgf production happens during the wo so pwo is optimal and addind igf at that time will blunt its effect, but i ran igf lr3 pwo for a long time with excellent results so who knows. I also prefer mod grf over grf. Just my preference. But keep the DES pre work in there too. Keep us posted on how this works for you. I'm thinking about adding insulin to my protocol but have yet to try it. Good luck
 
Have you used slin pre-wo before? (I prefer post-wo with gh). I see you have it only 1 day per week ... why not 3 or 4 days?

Wow I cannot believe I missed that! I damn sure know MGF needs to be done immediately post workout! It would/should be like this DES igf-1 10 mcg pre w/o, then MGF immediately post workout, then DES 1-2 hours after the MGF shot.

I only use it once a week to keep sensitized to insulin and not build up tolerance and also because I am in pre-contest mode. Also, it give me chance to take advantage of a multitude of differnet products without getting stagnant with them, meaning they should always affect me potently.

That looks perfect IMO. And definitely not to long of a read. I love when people post their entire protocol. It helps to see what others are doing. Keep us posted on results if you have time. I have a similar plan in the near future.
