This is the protocol I have been pondering:
(monday)
Day 1: Grf-129 & Ipa 100 mcgs am & pm
Humalog 4-6 iu's pre-workout
(tuesday)
Day 2: Grf-129 & Ipa 100 mcs am & pm
igf-1 R3 40 mcg pre-workout
(wednesday)
Day 3: Grf-129 & Ipa 100 mcg am & pm
igf-1 Des 10 mcg bi lateral pre-workout
igf-1 Des 10 mcg bi lateral Post-workout
MGF 300 mcg 1 hour after igf-1 DES bi lateral
(thursday)
Day 4: Grf-129 & Ipa 100 mcg am & pm
Igf-1R3 40 mcg pre-workout
(friday)
Day 5: Grf-129 & Ipa 100 mcg am & pm
igf-1 Des 10 mcg bi lateral pre-workout
igf-1 Des 10 mcg bi lateral Post-workout
MGF 300 mcg 1 hour after igf-1 DES bi lateral
(saturday) (grf & Ipa 5 on 2 off schedule)
Day 6: 500 mg Metformin a.m. & 500 mg p.m.
igf-1R3 40 mcg pre-workout
(sunday)
Day 7: 500 mgMetformin a.m. & 500 mgs p.m.
igf-1 Des 10 mcg bi lateral pre-workout
igf-1 Des 10 mcg bi lateral Post-workout
MGF 300 mcg 1 hour after igf-1 DES bi lateral
So to recap: Insulin (humalog) is ONLY ran once a week.
igf-1DES and MGF is ran 3 x's a week
Grf-129 & Ipa is ran 5 on 2 off
igf-1R3 ran 3 x's a week
Metformin dosed 2 days to keep insulin sensitivity optimized.
-My thought process was to keep everything "fresh" and responsive to each compound. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.
