After my first b12 inj, i dont think I will ever do another. It hurt like a muther effer, and I would rather not take it then go through that pain again! It was in my thigh by the way. Tried to relax quad as much as possible but i had done legs day before.

So no Madonna for me, however if Taylor Swift wanted to I would let her.
