i feel behind the curve, are supps like Phil's LBA's something i should definitely incorporate into my diet?

I take them and I do like them, I don't think they are a must but it is definitely a great supplement and they help keep your nitrogen retention between meals. They also are priced very good so I don't see why someone wouldn't use them. The chocolate and the coconut are very good tasting btw..

Would that MG Test Booster be something you would recommend to someone who just finished a cycle?
