That isnt correct. I also gain tons of strenght after doing a month or so of GVT, bench goes up a lot, pump in the gym of course but strenght in the long run.
Not even close bro........ The overload of volume actually stimulates growth through a different pathway..... By CNS overload and the nervous system trying to adapt defensively to the shock. Good science behind the program when performed correctly with proper rest intervals, exercise selection, and progressive overload over the weeks.
I use it once per year and really like it for growth when calories are kept in a surplus.
