was just wondering how results have been from people who have done an eca stack...how long did you run it how much and results and that kind of good stuuf...getting ready to start mine just wanted to hear some feedback thanks

25mg ephedrine
200-400mg caffeine
81mg aspirin
3x a day

ive reads that anything over 25mg ephedrine will not do any more for fat burning so i would just do as stated above and you can be on it for a long time, from what ive read, and talked to some people they stay on it all the time.

Awesome man basically everything I asked for....my buddy wants me to eventually go to 100 mg ephedrine daily after building a good tolerance at first...I respond good to stims...also for some reason I love the wired feeling ephedrine gives me

did you take the asprin 3 times a day as well?

ya thats why its called ECA if not it would be EC lol i also added in yohimbine hcl and some green tea to mine for an extra boost.
