I'm in the middle of a Test E, Para, Mast, and Primo cycle right now.
I normally lift 3-4 days on, then 1 off. My lifting style is DC.
My stats are 6' 5'' 242 11% BF
I'm also beginning baseball season, so I decided to take a week off leading up to pratices.
Have you guys ever done this before?
My joints (elbows), and shoulder (throwing shoulder), we're very sore from tossing and hitting, but after just 3 days (and some Glucosmaine, MSM, and Cissus), I'm recovering very well. I also haven't lost any mass yet.
How often do you guys do this (take a week off), and what are your opinions on it?
Also for any athletes out there, how often do you lift in-season? I'm thinking eod, or 1 on, 2 off.
