I've been a part of these forums for the past 5-6 years but I have never really felt the need to post anything as a simple search will answer 99% of the questions anyone could have. Still I check these forums daily and have resisted the urge to post in the "sponsors" forum for fear of being banned.
Anyway a bit about me. I have been serious about powerlifting and to a lesser extent bodybuilding for the past 7 years. I started out looking for a way to improve my mma and overall athletic ability. I've seen many of you (or what I thought was you) at various shows I traveled to. Anyway, to get to the point, after reading many of your posts and following your advice throughout the years I feel as if I know many of you very well and I feel its about time someone said what a great help all of you have been and hopefully you all realize it isn't just the regular posters your are helping out.
