Are gugglesterones or Longjack worth a dam

ive read longjack is better than tribulus, althoe either wont do wonders, but is either even worth the doe at all. i dont hear much on gugglesteornes any more for thyroid boosting, was that just some new halk of shit

I used a longjack,tribulus blend (with another ingredient I cant think of right now) and seen by blood work that it actually worked.
