Bicep tendon torn off the shoulder completely and several major rotator cuff tear and non from lifting.
It all happened in HS having a bad fall ok I was messing around and got thrown down lol.

So it's about week 6 running test e only every 3 days with 250mg and I have been taking my blood pressure the past 2 days and it's running high just tested it at 140/80. It was around 130/77 when I woke up this morning.

I'm running 500mg per week of Galenika's finest at 1 amp every 3 days vs every Monday and Friday in which has a 3 day and 4 day timing on pinning. It's 3 days to Monday from Friday but 4 From Monday to Friday...

I'm waiting on some Test e and had some thoughts of how to get things rolling faster and found out to front loading would not be a great option for a 1st timer but what about running Prop until the E gets here and running both to kick start things up?
