Definitely a bit of a painful watch. Found myself thinking “just spit it out already” a few times in the video when he was kind of mumbling and trying to get the words outI kinda think (sadly) that Nathan is a perfect example of how genetics+some degree of work ethic absolutely trumps everything else a million to 1
So many science based guys who are worlds smarter than Nathan (many here on this forum) who follow the most “optimal” method for everything and look like they barely lift (not excluding myself from this demographic)
Bodybuilding is definitely not a perfect example of hard work = results
Did Milo’s say that? (Would not surprise me, no disrespect.) A common / uncommon opinion? That was a very painful 5 min to watch. “Insulin is the strongest steroid” LOL
He says it’s the strongest anabolic agent, but never called it a “steroid”. He sent me pages of info when we worked together years back.Did Milo’s say that? (Would not surprise me, no disrespect.) A common / uncommon opinion?

I think the issue with that statement is not that insulin isn't a strong anabolic, but that it is not an anabolic steroid, but just another hormone. Could just be a mis speakDid Milo’s say that? (Would not surprise me, no disrespect.) A common / uncommon opinion?

I could be mis-remembering, looks like that way now or it could’ve just been my choice of wording. I do have a great memory . . . it just isn’t real longI think the issue with that statement is not that insulin isn't a strong anabolic, but that it is not an anabolic steroid, but just another hormone. I'm listening to that podcast as I type this...Many of skips videos they talk about how 85% of exercise science studies have statistical errors, are misleading how the data is reported, and would not be accepted by reputable fields of science.
FE?The secret? FE on a regular basis
Think the man means Fe as in ferrous aka iron
