Hi everyone, starting this log to track my progress of “The Grind “ we all go through to reach our goals! It’s very taxing and not ment for everyone. I Love this Lifestyle and wouldn’t have it any other way!
Not currently a competitor but if I put the size on I intend to it could be an option one day. I’m 6ft 2 and Currently weigh 221 and cutting. Have a few lbs left to go then shooting for a long growth phase.
Been dialing in a new split, which will have an arm day every other week when recovery improves.

I typically work in the 8-12 rep range but have been experimenting with the 12-20 rep range and want to see if I can get more growth/size out of it and less joint pain being in my 40’s. Compound lifts will still be on the lower reps side, Still enjoy moving heavy weight.
Being a Sunrise Rep, all Sunrise Pharma Gear will be used. Just enough to reach my goals then turn things up.
Sunrise Sustanon- 300mg a week
Sunrise Mast p- 300mg a week
Sunrise Pharma Blues- 4iu daily
Sunrise Aromasin- 25mg a week

I’m about 11%bf right now. Plan is to cut to 8% and catch a rebound. End goal get as big as possible
Calories-2800
Have a cheat meal once a week, calories that day 3,300.
Macros- 300p 275c 45-50f
Fasted Cardio 45 min daily
