I believe that's Synthergine (Liver Protectant) you are referring to. It's the only
product where it is still effective orally while all of the rest of the Synthetek line
are not.

Depends on the individual, amount of bf, etc...Switch it up and see what works best for you.....

I just use 1ml every day for a week and now every few days 1ml. Works AWESOME! I'm a faithful consumer of many of the Synthetek products...the BEST!...no joke! You get what you pay for
