He earned his pro card at the IFBB North Americans. He recently won an NPC show Heavyweight class. He is currently competing and preparing to compete in the new classic physique division just rolled out by the IFBB.

This is a chance for him to take you through his journey to each show. A lot of people don't know what it takes to get to this level and this is your chance to learn. 2 weeks into offseason

@ 1 month into off season
volume is extremely high
never trained this way before

weight is up @ 20# from stage
heavier at night of course

placed ordr with IA

looks like they are on top of their game for sure

didnt take long for correspondence, tracking ship etc
looking forward to sting leaner this offseason with the help of the supplements and keeping the diet rock solid

got my order form IA
got some growth
going with 5 per day
either post workout or befroe bed

trying to stay lean,but need some extra fullness or roundness to compete, esp with Sadik coming over. apparently we should be onstage same category,

so with no hype vs promotional face of the franchise monster, I'D better step up
