1-2 iu slin , fasted preworkout??

Plus,if you are someone who uses slin while bulking,that would mean less time off this way..and would that make you more carb resistant seeing you used it during your diet?

That won't happen if you use metformin on the off insulin days, like you should be anyway.

well if used correctly while dieting, it CAN make the person more slin sensitive acutally.
 
MM89, could you expound on this please? Interested in your thoughts.

Overconsumption of carbohydrates in an effort to increase endogenous insulin will eventually lead to insulin resistance as your body cannot respond fast enough to clear the glucose from your blood. With high blood sugar comes insulin resistance. This is the first step on the path to type II diabetes. You'd be better off using exogenous insulin to shuttle those nutrients away.

*note, I'm only referring to people who feel it's necessary to intake an INSANE ammount of carbs post workout for insulin effects. Most others won't really see a difference.
 
If exogenous slin is still peaked wouldnt it inhibit fat oxidation regardless of no ingested glucose?


This is a good question. Is this right? I was also under the impression that in the presence of slin, fat cannot oxidate (burn body fat). Anyone know for sure about this?
