1 ml/cc U-100 insulin syringes

If I had had 1000mcg of a peptide and I mixed 3 ml of bac water into it how would ~10mcg pin scale out on a u-100 insulin syringe?

I'm confused with this because I've never used slin syringes before and this is my first time using peptides so I'm unsure about the conversion.

The attached picture below is exactly how mine are measured. From 0 - 10 units there are 4 ticks in between so how would ~10mcg measure in that?

Just fill out the required information, it's easy.

Anyway, that syringe have 100ui, 50 ticks, 1ml. It would be easier if you would mix the peptide with 2ml.

With 2ml:

1ui = 5mcg
1 tick = 10mcg

With 3ml:

1ui = 3.33mcg
1 tick = 6.66mcg
10mcg = 3ui = 1.5 ticks

Btw, that syringe have 5 ticks from 0 to 10 units. Not 4, like you said.

10mcg/1000mcg = 0.01

3ml * 0.01 = 0.03ml

If the syringe is 1ml/100IU then 0.03ml would be 3IU.
