1 week out contest meaning

Hey guys,

Just a question, it may sound stupid, but when I read 1 week out some people claim it to be from monday to saturday contest day, other people count this from saturday to saturday contest day... does it make a difference when adding orals/AIs?

For example, if I were to up my proviron dosage 1 week out, it would be from saturday to saturday contest day or monday to contest day?

Not sure about orals but I count sat before as one week out. Makes a difference in my final carb manipulation.

So when we say cut all injectables 1 week out it should be saturday? I always thought it would be monday since I count weeks by monday, week 9-12 for example...
