So as the tittle says I took my first shot of test on dec. 6th 24. The pic on the left is from that day. Took this shot after training legs dec. 6th 25. (Sorry the first pic sucks but it’s the best I got) This is my first post here but been a member for a while. After this growth phase (currently 7 weeks in) I plan on logging here as the community here is more what I’m looking for. Thanks to all you hardcore bodybuilders out there pushing me everyday. My first cycle started 1 year ago. Currently on my 3rd. I have taken 2 health phases and gotten bloodwork.

Those are my macros for training days and non training days. Just got a minor food increase.

6 meals a day.

Diet is very simple and consists of peanuts, cream of wheat, Greek yogurt, white rice, chicken, fat free milk and whey protein.

Weight this morning was 182.8

Incredible transformation

Just an observation though that’s an incredibly high amount of protein for your bodyweight

I’m over 100lbs heavier than you and my protein is equal if not a little lower

Works out at about 2g/lb that you’re on you may find from a health perspective and ease of consuming higher amounts of calories going forward pulling that back a touch and replace with carbs may benefit you

Also very high fats a typical BB diet would probably be about 1/2 of that especially if enhanced

Thank you for your input. I do have a coach and I am very pleased with the results that he has helped me produced thus far. I don’t question his judgment calls. If things become an issue or if I start having problems with labs or digestion or really anything I will keep this in mind but I don’t see the point of fixing something that’s not broken.

Who’s ur coach? Big name everyone will know?
 
How often do you inject the test D?
3 times a week right because I have NPP in the mix and like to keep all my shots the same so I don’t over complicate things. When I cruise or do a health phase I do twice a week.
 
Nope, but he’s is a competitor and he’s had multiple big name coaches including the one he has now.

Thanks man. My response has definitely been better than expected. I’m that first picture even though it doesn’t look like it I had been training 6 days a week for the past 5.5 years religiously. Was about to give it up and got my hormones checked and had low T. As soon as I added test in things started to change and I haven’t looked back.

Honestly he’s gone above and beyond. I was wreck when I became his client. Diet was complete trash, training was a joke, drug use was meh.. he has spent A LOT of time dialing me in and getting things where they need to be.

Thank you! Honestly It's hard to argue that it's not working and my labs have been spotless thus far so I see no point in questioning anything. Wrapping up my bulk here in the next 3-7 weeks depending on bloods then I'm gonna start logging regularly here. I do understand that my protein is higher than some but I know guys eating more than me that weigh less. Same with fats. I am eating more than most say to eat nowadays. There's many ways to tackle things and as long as I keep progressing and my labs stay appropriately clean for compounds and the duration I've been on them then I shut up and do. With that being said I welcome and take into consideration any and all feedback as long as it makes some sense to me.🤘
