i beg to differ lol, you can grind your ass off and not get much of anywhere and you have people that put in fuck all effort and make incredible progress.

I get genetics have role but honestly if you have all the variables dialed in then most people are gonna produce solid gains. OFC you have an outlier here and there but most of the times people that aren't producing are missing something. Training, Diet, rest, drugs... something isn't right. guess I should have said "I get out what I put into this".Great progress man!

I hit 4995 cals on training days but we backed off slightly because my rate of gain was a little faster than my coach wanted. currently 4630 NTD and 4867 TD. 5'6" and I was 193 fasted this AM. In the first pic (on the right) I was 173-175.Nice gains! How many calories and what's your height and weight bro

Yeah that's a fact.Sucks to be an outlier in the negative sense, lol. It is what it is, do what you can.
Honestly, It's been all over the place now. Started with a bro split. Went to a Arnold split. currently doing a 3 day split, chest and back, arms and shoulders, legs. A and B days. 1 warm up 2 working sets to failure. 10-12 or 12-15 rep range for everything.What does your training look like?
wow....So as the tittle says I took my first shot of test on dec. 6th 24. The pic on the left is from that day. Took this shot after training legs dec. 6th 25. (Sorry the first pic sucks but it’s the best I got) This is my first post here but been a member for a while. After this growth phase (currently 7 weeks in) I plan on logging here as the community here is more what I’m looking for. Thanks to all you hardcore bodybuilders out there pushing me everyday.
