Thanks bro! Gonna keep rocking until I can't anymore!Great work man. Keep it going!
Yeah I haven't really been too hungry but it's starting to happen now for the first part of the day. It is what it is. Hunger doesn't really bother me. You did that diet for the entire time? My diet is always changing as well. We make adjustments as needed weekly to get the job done but It definitely works. Glad you had such success bro! I'm looking to push under 10 on this one.awesome job that’s. I followed a diet very similar to that and did a full body recomp. only thing different for me was i kept my fat between 75-80 grams a day my protein was 325 and the rest was carbs. gym days 500 grams of carbs off days 400 grams of carbs leg day a extra 25 grams of protein and 50 grams of carbs were allowed if i was hungry I stayed between 209-212 for 20 weeks went from 22 percent body fat to 10-12 percent body fat that diet is perfect. I was never really hungry.
I kept that diet the whole time every now and again i would cheat on sunday and i just took away carbs a couple days to make up for the calories or if i wasn’t really hungry one day i didn’t force the carbs but those days were far and few betweenYeah I haven't really been too hungry but it's starting to happen now for the first part of the day. No shit. Impressive it worked that well the entire time. We have slowly cut fats and carbs back to keep a pretty steady rate of loss throughout. It's been damn smooth tbh. I figured using a glp would be tempting at some point during this but so far no desire which is great because i don't like them to begin with. I realize I haven't entered the real hard part yet though.I kept that diet the whole time every now and again i would cheat on sunday and i just took away carbs a couple days to make up for the calories or if i wasn’t really hungry one day i didn’t force the carbs but those days were far and few between
i will say i am a very active person. i put in average 18000 steps a day im a construction worker and i am a forman /general foreman so i walk around up and down to check on my crew and a couple others. so i can eat a lot because i burn it. I really got fat because i was on drugs, then when i got off of them i ate so many sweets for about the first 3 1/2-4 years then I went to the doctor and my A1c was 5.7. They told me if I didn’t change my lifestyle. I’d be a type one diabetic in the next couple years now my A1c is right around 4.8. on the high end 4.5 on the lowNo shit.
