Chris - I'm still having two 500g carb days per week, and the rest are medium and low days. We probably won't make too many more changes to the diet up to the show; we'll just add more cardio. I'm still over 200 lbs. though (a low of 202.4 this morning), so we might have to hit things a bit harder in order to make middleweights. 10 weeks to go...

Yes, your condition looks great at this point shelby, some very noticeable changes in this set of pics. I love your taper, man you got a little waist. What does it measure in contest shape?

Hella - Yes, my fats are very low on my high carb days. On the other days they are a bit higher. As for my waist, I really don't know what it measures in contest shape. Thanks for the props!

Yes from the comparison photo you put up, very good changes. You are holding your thickness which is very good. Just keep it tight for the run home and we can change your name to "Major Damage"! You should do well. keep up the hard work.

wow, you've dropped a ton since the 14 wk pics. You really have made some solid gains. Quad sweep no doubt, lat width for sure. Can't wait to see you walk away with some hardware. You deserve it.
 
bro, youre pics. are great, very noticeable changes in the sets of pics from last year to this year. Quads look killer, looks like you'll be dialed in right on time.
