Ok, I'm 36 5'8" 194 lbs. I started off at 186 lbs. When my second child was born I stopped working out and was just focused on school. In three years I turned into a fat tub of goo and I finally couldn't take it anymore. I managed to do this over 10 weeks, no gear. I want to start a test only cycle so I'm wondering If I
