10 Weeks Progress advice wanted

Ok, I'm 36 5'8" 194 lbs. I started off at 186 lbs. When my second child was born I stopped working out and was just focused on school. In three years I turned into a fat tub of goo and I finally couldn't take it anymore. I managed to do this over 10 weeks, no gear. I want to start a test only cycle so I'm wondering If I
should train a few more months natty or just start now.

Great progress so far brother! Keep up the good work. I would keep doing what you are doing and keep working at it to try and get down to a low body fat percentage. Then once you are down to let's say 12% or less, i would start the test. I think the overall result will be greater and look better than if you started now. But, it is up to you. Either way, keep it up!
 
^Agreed. Great progress so far, but I'd like to see you leaner before hopping on gear. Health issues aside, I always like cycles a lot more if I start lean, much more noticeable progress :D.
 
Keep it up. Hard work pays off. I started 300 lbs of a wasted pile of flesh to 212 competition weight to now 245 4 weeks out. It ain't easy but is fuckin amazing
 
IMO you need to keep doing what you are doing........As in do not try to fix what isn't broken. Stay away from cycles until you can no longer make progress. Age is irrelevant here, what is relevant is progress and you are making plenty of that. AAS is not a quick fix and something you simply decide to do. Once you go there you alter your body for life. Good work so far. Keep it up. Diet is so powerful and soooo many do not understand this.
