Are you rotating your left shoulder forward on the lat spread?
I'm doing something funky, I know that for sure It's even more noticeable in the rear lat spread. I need to figure it out and correct it... it's definitely something with my shoulder (mine are messed up, especially left).
It is nothing that will stick out during a show but if you are like I am......a perfectionist..........you will figure it out.........just tweak it a bit

O yea! someone has been blasting the hell out of their arms.... much improved thickness especially in the front bicep and rear double bicep.
I would be willing to bet that you deadlifted more this year than previous years. Your erectors are the thickest i have seen them on you and your traps are bigger as well.

I think you look fantastic at 10 weeks out. Your shape just keeps getting better. So, tell me how much lean mass do you feel you have packed on your body since we last competed together? Over my years of competing I have seen many guys progress and continue to gain quality lean mass as they go up in weight class. You are right there with the best in that area.
