No, I read just fine and I don't need to further my education to understand your posts! I'm just asking you to expound upon things. Why is 100 reps required for the proper amount of blood flow? Why not 20, 25, 40, 50, etc. I'm not debating you, I'm just trying to get more detailed information. Like I asked, 100 reps of what? What injuries? Are you drawing on personal experience? There are soft tissue injuries where repetition is the cause of inflammation, and adding more repetition will most likely make things worse.
