104 weeks out, what do i need to work on? critique please

Last weekend was my second show and i won the novice heavyweight division! i was very excited and was not expecting to even place, so it was a very plesant surprise!

Now i think it is time to start compeating in the open classes. i am taking a year and a half to gain the muscle mass it takes to be competitive in the open classes, so it will be two years before i step on stage again.

Height: 5'11''
Contest Weight: 200.8 at weigh ins


self assesment:

thicker/wider back and traps

Arms need more size

More calves

Better tan!

can i have some critisism, good and construtive, of what i need to bring up in my offseason?

No specific area..........its all there....just keep getting bigger

I am going to suggest bringing up your back.
Yeah my trainer was saying the same thing. I agree, after seeing the pics I realized my back is not were it needs to be

Need to bring your delts up more than anything.

And when you do a front or rear double bicep pose, raise your arms higher than as shown in these shots where your guns are at the same level as you delts. Takes away from the illusion of size on both these important body parts.

Quads are quite impressive. Nice separations and cuts. Like Phil said, work on size all over. Lats are your obvious weak part. You can do it, seems that all the tie ins look good. I would suggest just focus on basic heavy exercises in the gym to thicken up your body parts.

You are young; you have alot of years ahead of you to compete. Get that size now. You have good potential.

I plan to compeate more frequently as i get in my later twenties after i get size wise were i need to be. but we did this show to see were i was at and my potential. My coach says he has some "tricks" to get my back up to par this offseason, as well as everything else.
