10mg tren per day experiences

I am over 70 and I can train every day, we all respond different, Vinny Galanati has even better response than me, he is almost 56, he is preparing for Masters Mr.O. He is on 10mg per day, first time ever, this is his 11th week on 10mg.
I'd be curious on your thoughts to this thread topic related to 10mgs/day of tren...
 
small update:
10test cyp/5mg trest E/ since May 2022, 7,5mg Tren A added since 11.12.22, IM lateral delt every morning
yesterday had bloods pulled, today results (so after a good 25 days of added tren)
differences to "baseline" (Baseline in this case is without tren A)
hdl dropped by 3 points (31-->28), ldl dropped by one poinnt (78-->77), triglyc increased by 2 points (92-->94), so i would say no change at all yet
creatinine from 1,0 to 1,1, also no change i would say
blood glucose from 68 to 57. Dunno if this has to do with tren or if i simply ate lesser carbs the evening before..
RBC/HB/HTC no difference but still very high and not sure if i should try to donate a third time (6.2/20.2/59 to 6.3/20.1/58)

And how are gains, fat loss and visual look?

You must mean his first time ever on 10mg per day? Obviously not on testosterone at a higher dose. Master's Olympia prep is a very strange time to go on your lowest dose ever.

I added humanofort for 2 months at different levels and no parameter of my training, rest, sleep, digestion or recovery changed as far as i could tell. Maybe i am already getting optimal levels of everything that my body can utilize from my own protocols. I am glad you get benefits from it. I wished i did as i always like to see improvements. Or at least the slowing of the decline. But at this age i have has not made improvements in some time as i have worked hard to optimize everything the best i can over the decades with the latest well documented info i can get.

Yes first time on 10mg every day, we spoke regarding 10mg per day before his last Masters Pro show in 2022, he was open minded to give a try after the last show, he has the best gains ever. Check him out on his Facebook.

Well i am probably one of the weird ones. Never noticed a change in how i felt. If anything my sleep was a little worse and a little more agitated (which i rarely am) but nothing worth noting. As nothing lives in a vacuum. And me judging how i feel from a product i know i am taking is far from scientific. so i didn't worry about possibly feeling a little worse. My total cholesterol level has been around 135 the last few years with LDL being 75. With the highest ever of 155 and a LDL of 95, but that was about 20 years ago. And i have never used a statin and would like to get my levels up into a healthy range. I have a small long term would that i have been under a Dr.s care to close and was hoping that it would improve my health factors to aid in that but no improvement in that area either.

Not blind study, he did not invested any money, he did other 2 studies, no published on with the MMB 750 and one on Type 2 diabetics. the diabetic study was not for me, only the MMB 750. I would like to send you free of charge Humanofort and give you a different protocol, are you still working-out intense?

Tren hits my hdl the most but honestly I can deal with 3pts. Tren lowers my fasting glucose big time, not at all surprised to see this and not necessarily a bad thing unless you go hypo all the time (I lower metformin dose when using tren).

I keep my crit/rbc in range or at least below 53-54. Pumping super thick blood through your organs doesn't strike me as longevity. Your lipids look good (tris and ldl) otherwise there is a joint probability here with much higher stroke potential apparently - your lipids are fine so you aren't in that pool. People who donate too much will talk about how their iron/ferritin went down... well that's what's used to make rbc and the risk to it is anemia which is 100% contradicted by high or upper range rbc you are trying to lower so doesn't matter (ie you have plenty of iron and the majority is in your rbc). For the record I had sleep apnea undiagnosed for years and even with weekly Phlebotomy couldn't get below 47-48, iron stores were low forever and it meant nothing. We just maintained 49 and below. Would creep up to 56-57 if unchecked. Doctors all told me exactly this and any time I've asked no one can provide a differential answer on iron and rbc (though I'm certainly open to it). I have a CPAP now so not as big of an issue. I still sit top of range and will donate or dump blood as needed but only thing that moves it much is tren (deca is a distant second) and I don't get over 54 really even long term.

The issue is that i tried 2 times to give blood (at the docs office) and both times after 100 / 150ml my body simply shut down and didnt give any more blood and ive blacked out.
I think it has to do with my already very low BP
my palets are very low and no clotting disorder, this is already good. i might try another time giving blood in around 2 weeks.
about sleep apnea:
i have sleep apnea and usually use my mask. Since i had covid some weeks ago i didnt get back to using it (i simply couldnt fall asleep with it, removed it each time etc etc.) I just was at the docs office yesterday and asked for a sleep med to help me get used to it.
after some hefty discussions i could convince the doc to prescribe me 10 tabs of halcion. Hope it helps me to get asleep with the mask

i am currently dieting, so strength isnt going up but also aint dropping to much although my mini cut consists of 4 weeks of maximum 80g carbs from veggies/fruits.
the fat loss effects seem to be quite good, looking leaner but also flat due to no carbs.
the only slight issue i feel is that i sweat more. During the day but also slightly at night

Given the low BP, low platelets and no clotting issues this is a different set of variables than standard. I'd rely on your own Doc or specialist opinion as to what's right for you. My issues and most we see are fairly generic. Yours aren't crazy different but different enough. I'd be interested in what they say if someone really knowledgeable opines there.

I'm the same way with my mask. My sleeping if far better than when I was young but I'll go through phases of difficult sleep and invariably pull my mask off. I sit in bed for a few hours and then just as I drift off my wife wakes me up for snoring and to put the mask on...which means I'm up again unless I get lucky. Lol. I get it though.

JFC dude! Most of us here banged more gear than you do when we could. The smart ones who do high doses know their time is limited. In 10 years they'll be asking how 10mg of tren works out whe they're pushing 50 or more.

I got to the second half of my life being smart using steroids. I use 5mg Tren/day which suits my physique just fine .
At almost 60 I can take my shirt off and proudly display my abs.
Been bodybuilding since 20 and LOVE it!
