Hi ya'll! Just finished my back session today. Trained 110% from start to finish. Did cardio 45mins this morning, this is also a low carb day. Things seem to be tieing in nicely. Weights around 188lbs which is up from 12weeks out. Its up by around 5lbs( due to mentally cracked up a few days ago and binged lol). Even though im low carb, ive stuck to my plan which i put up in the 12wks out article, and things seem to be going good. Im putting 110% effort in every day, no matter wether i feel week or not. Shredding around 2lbs a week. I got some good advice over the past few days, especially from oldfella, so i just thought id big him up. Ordering the ronnie coleman 'relentless' dvd today ...

I feel like my pysique is coming on ok, just having trouble with my mid-section. seems to be where i hold most my fat and water...however it is getting leaner, it looks leaner, and measurements aswell suggest it too, so i gues its a waiting game atm.!
