i was considering doing a cycle of otc pro hormones in the next month, i was thinking about adding 11 oxo from ergopharm because i heard it was a potent cortisol inhibitor. my question is, are 7 keto dhea and this 11 oxo pretty much the same thing in the way they work? Also if you were to take 7 keto and regular dhea together would they compete with each other?
And lastly, how damaging is it to your health to block cortisol? Could you take a low dose of someting like 11 oxo long term without any bad health effects, or is something like that better to take high dose short term for competition dieting only? thanks a lot.
