Hi, I am a long time lurker of the board and thought I would share some pics I have taken after 12 week stint of dieting. I have learnt a hell of a lot from here and for the first time feel great doing a diet, i pretty much have use Phil Hernon idealogy of "eat by hunger" and honestly have never felt so strong or good during a diet, my idea of bodybuilding has changed a lot also i feel that gaining weight for sake of weight really destroyed me making quality gains and also that force feeding will do nothing but make you fat (well for me anyway) I am not done dieting and am going to continue with on/off for the year i would like to compete next year im hoping, i prob will hire a trainer, I have Alex in mind, my brothers currently work with two top trainers from this site and they to have seen awesome results.
Training wise I train low volume, frequent and as heavy as i can with proper form and feeling.
Im 5ft10 210lbs 24 y.o / beginning pic i was 235. ignore the date the camera is misconfigured. Supps wise im using:-
Protein powder
Creatine
100mgs Test Eth per week
clen and eca (been cycling the past 4 weeks)
anyway I hope to continue to learn from this site.
