12 Weeks out, comments / suggestions ?

Hello from Finland!

Here I am after four weeks of cutting down. The Finnish Novice Championships are on the 10 th of September. How do I look?

You look great for 12 weeks out great shape and size in the upper body legs are good too just a bit overshadowed you lokk pretty damn good for a novice.

like Massive said you look great for 12 more weeks but if i were you i would definitely bring the legs up more so when you diet down they wont fade away in comparison to your upper . whats your height and what weight class are you shooting for?

I am 5,54 tall and at the moment just under 200 pounds. I will compete in under 87,5 kilograms class (193 pounds). I think I will weight around 180 pounds when ready to compete.

My legs used to be my strong point (calves still are). During recent years I focused on my upper body a bit neglecting the legs. Now that I've lost some fat, I can see that I have to try to bring the legs up more. I am afraid that it might be hard to get my legs ripped since I havent been training them as much as the upper body.

You look good man! 12 weeks and not much bf at all. I usaully am around 230 but carring more bf than you. and i get down to about 176lb for show. This year i am 225 w/ hardly any bf so we will see....but enough about me you look good. keep posting your pics so we can see ur progress.
